Klüber Lubrication - Trade show Implementation & Planning
As the marketing intern for Klüber Lubrication, I was responsible for updating the trade show booth and overall show experience. I was tasked with updating the layout of Klüber's trade show booth design and adding more pieces in order to be able to double our booth size for the next year.
In order to give a more welcoming and friendly presence to the booth, it was my suggestion to add a hospitality component. I was responsible for securing a table with the company who stores and installs our booth, source coffee cups, napkins, cup holders, and breath mints, with the Klüber logo, as well as reconfiguring the booth layout in order to add the hospitality component.
With the bigger booth size, more displays were necessary in order to fill the room as to not make it look empty. I worked with the engineering as well as the research and development team to figure out what products would be best applicable for the majority of our shows. I also worked with Klüber's parent company in Germany, to try and replicate some of the displays they had already created. Once it was decided on what displays would be most suitable for the booth, I coordinated with the company that creates our booth to get the displays needed on time.
